Hey when ever I try launching honor buddy I get the error.

We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy.

anyone a fix for this?

If, and when, World of Warcraft has a patch ... the bot will no longer connect to it. This isn't rocket science.
I see you logged onto the forum to LOOK for reasons but you forgot to look prior to posting ... click here

Like, seriously ...

Damn, calm down mate this is like my second time using it. I didn't know ninja patches and such made it not work.

Hehe no worries - some people always act like they are having a stroke, when they see someone asking a question which has been asked twice or more.

- Just ignore those people- Some are just looking for a reason to be offensive. Not worth the time tbh:).

But looks like you got your answer - have a nice eve :)

It gets really old seeing 10-20 posts asking the same thing every time there is a patch for the last 4 years, for most of us it is quickly obvious that when there is a patch the bot is down or when we get the dreaded "cannot find a wowprocess to attach..." that the Bot is awaiting an update. We as a community do often forget that there are many new users and that they are not used to this. However Mellome's point is very sound, it would save so many people so much grief if they would just spend a couple of minutes reading the forums instead of opening a new thread every time.
That being said I would really like to see the forum staff add a Status button (similar to WoW realm status) with a big ass green Up arrow for online and a Red Down arrow for offline. I think it would cut these types of posts in half, and give us all something to stare at in anticipation lol.

Great idea but lets be honest, you think if they don't spend 5 minutes looking at the forums you think they are going to even bother to look at a bot status icon?

Some people seem to troll the forums for opportunities to be mean and rude when the bot doesn't work. You'd think someone had pissed in their Cheerios by the way they respond here. :-)

Why do away with posts asking about status after a patch? I'm pretty darn certain that it gives people such as Mellome extreme pleasure to rant and rave on an open forum. Yeay for a venue that can accommodate that, no? =)

Agreed.

You are all bashing away and yet I did answer his question in the process. There were 2 other threads, at the time, prior to this one BIG AS DAY AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE.
I am thrilled that the community still continues to grow after so long. My issue isn't with new users but more the extreme lack to take a small bit of time and look for your answer prior to beginning a new thread on something already addressed and clearly evident.

The excuse of being "new" shouldn't trump lack of common sense.

Hahaha being condescending about small stuff like this... Hints us the lack of people treating you humbly outside the web.

Kinda have to slightly agree with Mellome. Always read the forum before you post - saves us all time.

By the time this thread was first posted - at least 10 others had posted about the issue. Plenty had pointed out that it was a ninja patch and the bot would need update. You can go right now to the support forum and see it all.
