We couldnt find a free wow process to attach too... help

So im getting this error no matter which way i start honorbuddy/wow with launcher or not. It just started earlier today, and ive tried installing the beta honorbuddy, but that didnt work. Ive searched on here for other threads but nothing ive tried has worked..
