So i was wondering what kind of people the botters on this site are.

I started with diablo 2. Played legit for about 2 years and then i downloaded pindlebot to farm rares/uniques for my chars. (and maphack, lets not forget maphack)
I Played WoW for about 2 years but didn't bot. I played lots of PvP & high end instances with my guild.

I never sold gold/items for money. In diablo 3 i just bot to buy better gear for my main account (not botting on main).

How bout you?

(many people think that botters are chinese people who have no real dayjob except from playing games and farming and providing powerlevelling services)
 
I used to bot to benefit my own character. Then, I wasn't getting gold fast enough that I could progress farther into Inferno, so I expanded. To expand, I needed more money to buy more accounts to farm more gold. I bought two more accounts and I started farming gold for my main. My main quickly had end-game gear within a week and I realized that I had no use for the money and the game had become boring, so I started to sell my diablo gold and I'll probably buy more accounts to farm more gold soon.
 
I use the Bots
to SELL Items and GOld :P

Make a lot of Money and thats good how it is.

Hope Gold Price dont go under 2,50-

I play Dia 2- Legit
Diablo 3 Legit and have Diablo on Inferno on 19.5 down so the Game was boring playing with my Monk.

Than i get the Idea to Bot and sell lot of Items and GOld :)

WoW player for 5 years now. Bought HB cause I was tired of leveling toons manually. Once to 85 I'd do everything myself, then I got intrigued by CCs and started modifying them to fit my needs.

Decided to cancel WoW subscription and get D3 until Mists comes out. Got the bot mainly just to support the team, and the occasional hour I let it play. I haven't played Diablo ever, so I'm still enjoying the manual part of it.
 
I've never understood WoW's combat appeal, I botted to get to 85 so I can get professions. Professions = fun part of WoW
 
I'm basically building 300 mil worth of gear toons for each class, and then I will start doing the same for hardcore =). Then I will sell my account for a bajillion dollars, yep. Actually I already have one of the most geared DHs in the game, and am thinking about building a SUPERBARB or something next.

I built a monk first, and they get wrecked by everything ever in Inferno. It's kind of stupid. I have 1.3k res and 20k dps and still get trollolol'd by everything.

Played Ultima Online legit forever then graduated high school and needed to pay for college so I downloaded a little program called EasyUO and taught myself to write scripts. Made quite a bit of money to buy myself a car and pay for 2 years of college off of UO.

Then I played Star Wars Galaxies, and took advantage of the Bounty Hunter exploit at launch and was making abut $700 a week with no bot or macro program selling credits. That didn't last long and the game was epic fail so I moved on.

Played WoW and by this time I had gotten a good job so I actually did what a game was intended for and enjoyed it, lol.

Then went from WoW to Shadowbane, to Aion, to Rift where I botted there but not for financial gain, but because the servers were dying and I didn't want to hand level another character on a more populated server so I bought Ryftomate which was an epic fail and lost 2 accounts in both banwaves and then Bossland decided to ditch Ryftomate cause Trion got the better of them.

Then I played SWTOR legit and well we all know where that game is headed... Free to play not even after 1 year, if you don't believe me just check the interview on IGN a few days ago.

Now I'm playing Diablo 3, which I vowed never to get another Blizzard game because they are horrible and lackluster, but all my real life buddies got it and convinced me to buy it. And just as I thought it sucked, no PvP on launch, Blizzard is greedy and too wrapped up in getting the RMAH up and running that they ignore the real issues in the game. Needless to say I am now botting to sell gold for money on the side because I could careless about the game itself, it's boring, buggy, and very repetitive just like all Blizzard games.

So there ya go, that's the kind of 'botter' I am.
 
Played counterstrike -cheated(myg0t,h1h)
Played ultimaonline -cheated(euo,puo,hacked razor - made $2000)
Played diablo2 -cheated(maphack,d2jsp - made $1300)
Playing diablo3 -cheating(db.. Progressing towards multiple accts and bots)
