wd not using spirit barrage help

i suppose i must ask this here and not in main section
as it seems my wd with trinity doesnt use spirit barrage as main attack no matter where i put it and i want only that...
how can i change that or what must i do?

same problem here, it only uses with Manitou rune

imo its the best skill can we make it work somehow? i want it to be cast all the time as long as i have mana like wiz casts disintegrate etc
