WD not using skills in Trial Rift

Hey fellas, hope that this is the proper place for posting this...

I've recently observed some issue with my WD using skills in Trial Rift.
He never uses Piranhas even though he does in Normal/Greater Rifts...

Any ideas why? Any solutions?

Dude its not the problem with ranges or activation criteria.
