WD Firebats not casting!? D:

So, I'm trying to run a Juma/Arachyr bats speedfarm build. I cant get the WD to cast bats when hex explodes and after nadoes and wall of desth have been cast!?

Is there a specific slot bats work best with running the bot? Or a possible tuning issue I am forgetting? I've tried auto routine, forced Arachyr Firbats profile. None of them cast bats. I've even messed around with Mr Robot routine.
