WD Fetish Army and Voodoo always

If the WD uses this weapon plus the passive skill which reduces by 1 sec. the cooldown upon killing an enemy, both abilities could be available again very soon and sometimes also more than once during same encounter.

So it would be good to have an option (like the Archon one for Wizard) to use both (or one) abilities not just vs elites/bosses and maybe also use them if there are more than X trash/monsters.

Otherwise it would be a waste having such nice items.

i have the starmetal kukri and its just wasted while botting, because BBV & Fetish Army are always ready. best way would be a option to trigger both cds for a specific trash mob size or only elites
