Ways to increase nodes farmed per hour?

I have noticed some people reporting over 200 nodes gathered per hour and my bots are only getting around 100. What ways are there to increase my nodes per hour? I fixed a couple things like my druid was waiting for its mana to regen before it started gathering again.
