Waypoints with Grind Bot

So recently my friend was telling me that he can set waypoints in order to grind off mobs.

Is there any basic way i can make the bot run to specific areas and when im combat fight it out? Or can i set targets and it will find and kill them?

(Or do i have to make my own profile/script?)

EDIT: Noone? Well, would anyone at least like to tell me what am i suppose to do to get it to run?
