How to place Waymark A/B/C using RB?

I see there is Actionmanager.DoActionLocation(ff14bot.Enums.ActionType, uint, Clio.Utilities.Vector3)
but it seems "Waymark A" is not a spell, I tried DataManager.GetSpellData("Waymark A") it returns null
