Way of bypassing the "Load" profile button?

Is there a file you can edit somewhere, to bypass the load profile button on the DB client? The "Load" button does nothing for me, when I click it. I've tried both release and beta. I've got all the frameworks installed. I've tried rebooting. They're fresh installs with nothing added onto them. It's all clean. It's all good.
How do I bypass it?

Found a way around it. Click Load from web resource and put in the path of the profile you want to load, for instance C:\Demonbuddy\Three Musketeers 1.1\Ghom\Standard\Ghom.xml
