Dam so the time finally came when I was reported.

After a few hours of being on like I normally am I get a message from some1 saying "Hey got ****** to sell??

I was like what? and he was like nice bot program you got there but I finally got you! and you and your other characters have been reported.

I played like the dumb child saying you have the wroung guy blah blah blah.

So hopefully this isn't the end for me. If it is I will bot another to 80 with HB so wish me the best of luck!

Wow lol just got a message from him saying I was reported to the "WOW Special Tech Team for Bot Farmers!" Ummm lol?? Not sure if that is even close to a real thing but I got a chuckle out of it.

i would ignore, and play it by hand for a few days, make sure you /dance or jump... or even /rude nothing. when i get stuck in trees i'll /rude them

9times outta 10 they dont even report you, they just try to catch you out as they know they dont have anything on you except behaviour, in which case you can just say you was using your mouse as you had your son on your lap watching you ect... Just be creative if a GM does contact you. But personally I think he's just tryin to catch you out.

Yah sad thing is tho he caught me on 2 of my guys in 2 different zones, and not same class or anything either so idk. He said he followed them for a few days.

Ha maybe another botter.. Is your profile public? If so it very well could be another botter pissed. I know back when glider was running I'd wisp a botter and be like Got your botting ass, reported!! Only to get them out of the area and I wouldn't really report them. It's just funny I think.

Well public profiles seem to be favored as many people use them. And with GB complex way of creating profiles it's more common for people to use public so gm's will eventually catch on to these hotspots and monitor them often. This is why I been looking up on how to create my own profiles, but again the resources just seem to not be there.

lol report the hotspots. you mean like the several hundred nodes many of them traverse? agreed public profiles aren't the way to go, but they're a lot less dangerous than you make them out to be.

Play legit and walk at an angle when you play, make sure you run into things you normally run into and then say Damn laptop Just remember, for that one week playas long as you bot, so it looks like you're a no lifer not a botter.

Funny thing is, 99% of the time, these people do this, then ask for your Account Name.. Never works on me, but I did that to someone once, and just got on his account and loled..

dont be afraid of those no life people they guys who think you a bot and wanna report you are most of the times self bots just ignore them and bot on they wont do nothing they just wanna scare you of the server so he got more auctions
