Is there any type of profile/rotation that can handle tanking? I mean using aggro spells?
Also is there a way to use a rotation script without it taking control of movement?

I have used Ultima for Fate Bot with tanking classes, but as to effective rotations in duties/raids, I can't confirm that I've even tested anything lately. There is a WAR CR in the works though, I believe.

You could use Combat Assist or MUD Assist to control the rotation and let movement be controlled by yourself.
