Warrior PvP Help

Ok being that its AV weekend i want to try to get my warrior leveled up real quick.

Im using EzArms for the CC but it seems like its not working as well i hoped.
also is BGbuddy 100% AFK? because it seems to act real bottish.

Whats the best Spec, CC and Plugins to use?

I personally use Singular CC with my fury warrior with the Glue Plugin. The biggest problem i have occured with BGBuddy is the WSG Bug where it gets stuck in the base. But with Alterac Valley it has worked flawless from my experience.
