Warlock VS Paladin

So atm i have a warlock gatherer, but im thinking about getting a paladin cus of the speed boost. But the lock seems to be quite good, killing the mobs that attack while gathering die fast. So how is the paladin gonna do on killing the mobs? Im not gonna get any fancy gear on it, so itll be geared with some random crap probably.

Paladins do great damage, it will kill mobs faster than your lock will.

i have a pally and it works great. you dont even need a combat macro just (if your a holy pally like i am) put exorcism as main one and youll be great. or if your prot put hammer of justice. very easy and the speed boost is great

pally's are great miners b/c of the speed boost, i highly recommend it

I actually think druids are best for herbing and locks for mining My lock never had a problem with mining
