I don't have my account activated yet, still trying to figure out why I can't login with my paid account, so I'm using the test account right now.

I've been able to get a shaman, mage and rogue running fine. Unfortunately, no matter what lock cc I try to use, nothing seems to work. One of them sends the pet in and just stands there, another spins like crazy on the mob and yet another targets the mob and does nothing. Anyone else out there had this problem?
 
I should that I've cleared the custom classes folder of all cc files except the one I want to use and I have cleared the plugin folder to see if that was the issue.
 
My CC was spining like crazy if you dont have a summon, but it has been fixed in 0.9.1, if you wana test it again, the link is in my signature.


And always when you get errors, try to post then in the thread pertinent to the cc you are using. You will receive better suport from developer there.
 
Wow. Thanks for the quick response. I went ahead and disabled all addons and reset the keybindings. I let him run through two combat sessions and attached the log.

I know, but it wasn't just one particular cc unfortunately. I tried yours, skis and The One CC with similar results. I'll check yours again and see if it changed for me at all. :)

I see it?s the same problem you did report in my CC, it?s not detecting that you have Shadow Bolt, thats strange.

I will change spelscast to use ids instead and release a testing version tonight if you can test it.

You client is in US english, so it shopuld not be the problem, and i believe if you didn't had .Net 3.5 SP1 hb would throw another errors.

Yeah, I can test that out if you think that's the problem. Don't work too hard on it if you don't think that's the issue though. :)
 
It doen?t hurt to ask, but, can you delete you Cache folder inside wow folder? This sometimes fix things inexplicable.

If not i think we will need hawkers help here because i believe it could be something to do with this also:

Ski, thats because the CC is trying to cast a Spell that is not in the Spelmanager.KnownSpells.

Something weird is going on and i think it's not up to the CC.

Here's the latest log. I cleared the Cache and did another run with DerkBen's CC.

Crap, it's working. Okay, so I tried "re-installing" yesterday and still had issues. After the Cache clear and resetting all ui settings and keybindings to default, I tried it again. I didn't change any of the files in the honorbuddy directory. I extracted the DarkBen's CC and it is working flawlessly now.

By re-install, I mean re-downloaded and extracted HB.
 
Wish I could edit my posts. That would definately help a scatterbrain like me. A final note: I also dropped enchanting. I wasn't very far along and you pointed out the line in the log about it, so I dropped it.

Nice! i dont know what dark magic does the cache folder do, but to me it?s like a debuff. :D
 
I was looking into this a bit more, I think his spells.dbc was corrupted or messed up, which is why the re-install helped. Glad to hear its fixed in any case.
