warlock problem

Hello i'm lvl a warlock now but the problem is he uses soul burl but he dont cast any spells then :s adn when he uses soul harvest the noob activate it and then walk :s so i never get full soul shards and sinds its a HB problem and not a script problem i cant fixt it any tips?
