Just wondering how i can get around the "Soul Shard count: 11.Make a Firestone.." part.
It just keeps saying it, even if i have shards it wont make a stone and will just stand there.

What CC are you using? I personally can't help you but if someone could they wouldn't know where to start. Each CC handles differently, so you can't really generalize solutions to each problem. If you haven't already, try looking in the CC forum to see if people have similar problems. Also, logs help aswell
