War Cry spamming

So I put the delay slider at Barbarian > War Cry to max, 3/4 and half. None of them worked.

How do I fix this?

can I still import the trinity configuration or should I not do that?

Not to but in on you Tony but I think theres a Trinity setting that spams War Cry, have you looked under the Trinity settings for that specific class and made sure it's unchecked?

Yeah I did disable fury dump, there is no option to specifically disable spamming war cry though, only other abilities.
