Hey!
I need a plugin that will spam War Cry as soon as cooldown is done. For now trinity only applys it when it runs out. Having Chilanik's Chain increasing 40% movement speed for 10 sec each time i shout. Its a 20sec cooldown without reduction, but as it last 60 sec trinity only use it once a minute.
