**##WANTED##** Arcane lazyraider mage

I'm hoping someone can write a good arcane mage profile for lazyraider. It needs to use runes and nether tempest too. Don't forget about alter time as well. Since they nerfed fire and ice I know the community will be looking for this aside from myself.
 
No not any more and ice is back to being useless in pve. Arcane is king again check the patch notes they reduced combustion by 50% and adjusted the crit levels. My dps went down 30-50k depending on the fight. My mage went from topping dps meters to mid teens in a 25 man horrible.
 
This would be amazing. It could use the following logic:

PRE-FIGHT:
Place Rune of Power, refresh as needed
buffs

NORMAL MODE:
Keep nether tempest up
Keep casting arcane blast
Detonate arcane missiles when it either A)reaches 2 charges or B) procs while you have 6 stacks of arcane charge
Cast arcane barrage after you reach <80% mana
Repeat

BURN MODE:
(Initiate after cooldown is over for arcane power)
Cast Arcane power, trinket 1+2, and potion if available
Keep casting arcane blast, use presence of mind on one of them
Detonate arcane missiles when it either A)reaches 2 charges or B) procs while you have 6 stacks of arcane charge
-When arcane missiles reaches 2 charges @ 6 stacks of arcane charge, use alter time before firing them. Fire them and use alter time to get the charges back.
Mana gem at <70%
Continue burn phase until arcane power buff is gone, then switch back to mana.


This could make a really great raid-ready routine. Sadly I don't have the coding skills but if someone did, and they made this, I would be forever grateful.

Idk I play a fire mage and I still top damage meters at 100k+ and I know how to play all 3 specs. I still say fire is #1 with all the nerfs IMO.

I play it by hand tho and not with the bot. Just thought I should mention that.

In the next week, we see a too many top mage raiders go arcane, all people say that whit gear, have more dps that fire
 
arcane mage is by far the most face roll of them all i could hand play arcane with my eyes closed.... but go ahead and make it for people with no fingers =p
 
Not really sure why people think the Combustion change is a nerf, didn't Combustion use 50% of Ignite tick + 33% of Pyro tick (or other way around) and then apply a DoT equal to the sum of both? Whereas now it is simply 100% of Ignite. Im having no problems getting huge numbers from Combustion, in actual fact im now bursting 500k DPS on Windlord with a high Ignite Combust spread onto 3 targets.

People should not be rerolling Arcane, Fire is still top so I can't see why people would be so eager for an Arcane profile, rather see a higher quality Fire one not that i would trust the bot for DPS anyway unless you could set it to use Combustion only at XXX amount of Ignite damage which varies on fights due to damage buffs.

Fire wasn't nerfed lol.

Combustion had its base damage increased to make up for it not using the pyroblast dot in its ticks anymore. Its still the highest DPS.

What are you guys on? Combustion does 50% of ignite. Nothing else is factored in. And critical mass was nerfed, making crits harder to obtain.

"Combustion's periodic damage is now based only on the current Ignite, instead of both Ignite and Pyroblast. Damage has been increased to bring it up to approximately the same level as before."

Basicly what I said, right? It was changed but wasn't nerfed in terms of overall DPS.

Gz, I took my qoute from the patch notes aswell.

What are you on about? The guy was complaining about combustion nerf, I told him it wasn't nerfed. You act like it wasnt changed.
