Want to start Casual botting with a fresh account some questions

Okay here is the story for me to start, i want to start a botting account to bot when i am at work (i can babysit the bot on work) and when i play at home on my main (the same pc got 2 screen setup). I have done some research at the forum and like most of you guys say transfering the gold/mats is the best way to do through the GB. But is that method also save to post all the ore's/herbs on the GB and prospect make flask etc with with my main account? Also how save is it to run my main and botting account from the same pc at once? So i can PVE etc on my main and my bot is farming for me. Will blizzard detect this? I know i am risking my accounts, and it will hurt me if my main account will get banned (played it since the start with some stops) but i am really sick of the farming after all these years.

I hope some of you guys do the same and can explain me how to stay save and how your doing it. And i dont want to sell the gold, its just for personel use.
