Anyone have a good priority order? I have upgraded my Ram to 2 4 Gb sticsk and 2 2 GB sticks that already came with it. What is next?

Well I would guess that your RAM and CPU are the most important but your GPU has to run all these accounts (propably your GPU you have atm should be enough). A fitting motherboard is fine too but not that important if everything is running fine anyways. So: Ram>CPU>GPU>MB
You have to figure out if you need Stuff like a new power supply or cooler.

might be helpful if we knew what you had to start with.

RAM was holding me back the most i had 8gbs of RAM and was attempting to do 5 accounts plus other various things and would bottle neck on that.

My other SPECS where an i5 4770k @ 4.0ghz and a 780 GTX neither of those had problems. I also had wow settings turrend down the lowest via ingame macros and locking my FPS to 20. I would still run out of ram regularly. Just went to 16 gbs and have 0 problems now playing 5 accounts plus raiding on my 6th with maxxed settings. I found that WoW used very little CPU and GPU probably won't hold you back either.

something else you may want to consider is what will you be doing while you are botting. remember to add in some ram for playing videos, downloading torrents, mouse software, keyboard software, music, and so on and so on
