Want To Purchase a License - Help

Hello,
I have tried the DB Trial and I was satisfied with the product.
I would like to buy a one year one session license. I want to use my prepaid visa card.
I live in canada and I see the license is priced for 25EURO. I went through and filled out the information anyways and it did not work.
I know I have the balance in CAD required for this purchase but it is not working.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
