I registered all my 4 accounts to a country that doesn't have the right of RAF thats mean I can Raf and buy the time of raf for gold, do need help want to change my accounts country to any European country I tried that with blizz and ask to change to uk they asked for bills and shit that I can give so any chance ti change it.

You cant to RAF unless you have active time on your account. This means your have to add time on your battle.net webpage though a subscription or by adding a time code. The trick is to add another RAF month to your account before the 1st month runs out.
