Want to buy the bot, have some questions

Hi, I want to buy the bot (Honorbuddy) with 3 sessions and I have some questions.

1) Can I run the bot 3 sessions from different IP at the same time?
2) Can I use the paid products from the store on my 3 sessions at the same time and from different IP?

The reason I ask is because I want to run the bot from my home and my work at the same time. Also there are times I will want to bot at the work and my brother play or bot at home.
