Wanna buy HB

Hey!

I'm looking forward to buy HB because I really like the question function.
But firstly, I have a question...

1) What happens to my HB when Blizzard wins the court?

I mean, I really dont wanna pay 65? for HB and then in maybe some weeks the bot won't work anymore or am I wrong? Or is it just that Bossland wont sell keys anymore?
