Walking speed variance

What's the variance of the walking speed....if there is any?

Take the Jogging speed of 10kph for example. Does the bot constantly move at 10kph exactly or does it decrease/increase at random intervals so it changes between 8-12kph (or 9-11kph), but still averages 10kph?
