Waiting to recover our health/mana back

I have this problem with Fate bot.
It will go to fates, no errors, but always after first kill it will wait to recover, even when health/mana are full.
"Waiting to recover our health/mana back"

Under Combat Settings, change rest energy to 0. You no longer have TP so the game thinks you have 0 Energy therefore it will not move on.
