Waiting on Key

Hi,

Last night I purchased a 1 time Unlimited Session HearthBuddy Key and I'm yet to receive it.

The payment cleared through my PayPal account straight away. I can supply the transaction ID if required.

I have previously purchased an Unlimited HonorBuddy Session which is showing on my BuddyAuth account however I cannot see anything of the HearthBuddy key.

Any ideas? Should I charge back the payment?
