Waiting for NPC to show a quest cursor

Questing in The Burning Steeps and was cleaning out my bags,and I threw away a item that looked like a bullet earlier that I thought was junk,and In doing so I think I may have thrown away an quest item to The Bogpaddle Bullet ,which HB is attempting to pick up,but now just sits in front of the NPC waiting for a cursor to show.

anyway to skip this one?

re-loot the item and next time dont mess with it

if only I knew where I picked it up...anyway it seems my solution was just to run DungeonBuddy till I went up a a level or two.
