Wait at hotspot?

There are no profile mechanisms for doing this. If there are no mobs at the current hotspot, Honorbuddy moves on to the next hotspot.
A plugin could easily solve this problem, but I'm not aware of any that provide this functionality either.
Perhaps, you could load a 'dummy' profile, and put the bot in RaF mode or something to have it just stand around. Sorry there's not better news.
