VPN issue with wow, Access Pattern

I keep getting access pattern issues when filling new orders when i want to hide my IP and customer has to reset the password.

How far away in miles are you compared to the address of the customer? (IP Address)

If you change IP Ranges at all it will bump the password. For me it does it if I log in via my mobile phone or my ADSL (Same ISP), let alone a VPN in the USa or Germany or wherever.
