vmware wrkstn 12 latency issues anyone? (not eb related)

Say, workstation 12 works real nice, no more poe client 'screen flickering' that keep poe players using.. workstation 7?!
But I have high latency.. tried a few things and am now about to resort to workstation 7 to confirm (so.. 90ish minutes work *sigh*).

I had high latency problem when "Store virtual disk as a single file" option chosen.
You should change it to "Split virtual disk into multiple files".
