Basically, I am wondering if there are any specific limitations to consider, what "limit" in PC power to not bother passing as one machine may not be able to handle running the number of VMs/D3/Whatever clients that it might hypothetically be able to on paper, or at which point it becomes more expensive to buy one machine rather than 2, you get my drift.
The basics I would assume for peak performance are that you need;
- Roughly 2gb of ram per VM instance
- an SDD for peak loading performance (40gb per VM HD?)
However, I can imagine there might be a fairly heavy constraint CPU-wise, in running however many D3 bots.
Feel free to contribute your own builds, information or otherwise.
