EDIT: I have found the problem, but i don't know how to fix it.
When i start diablo3 and demonbuddy on vmware, it starts at 1.1 gig ram used. This increases by 0.05 gig everytime the bot enters a new zone. the memory slowly builds up to 1.5 gig, then 2 gig, then eventually crashes the bot because of the memory build up.
how do i fix this?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I just bought 4 DB keys and plan on buying up to 10 if i can get this to work, i already have the 10 accounts ready to bot with.
I allocate 2.5 gig of memory to my VM machines which, while botting, never really go over 1.2 gig.
there must be some kind of memory build up because the longer the bot runs, the more likely will i get the "Close diablo 3, we're low on memory" message in the guest virtual machine, and inevitably, demonbuddy crashes and tells me:
The instruction at (some code number) referenced memory at (another code number). The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of (another code number).
additionally, each instance of my bot running is taking 25 to 35% of my total host machine's CPU power. That seems like a large amount as i've seen people with the same processor, MB and 16gig ram as me be able to run over 5 instances without problems. the max i can go is 2 :S
I've used the following guide to the leter:
http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb...1741-guide-vmware-d3-they-way-shoud-done.html
Im using the following system specs:
Host: Windows 7 64bit
guest: windows 7 32 bit optimised (the one at 500mb diskspace that was reffered in the vmware guide)
Intel I5 quadcore 3470k
PXZ77 V-LX motherboard
16 gig ram
No graphics card (using the one integreated in the motherboard)
What might be the problem? It seems like there's some kind of memory build-up that ends up crashing the bot.
