VM?

Hi, does anyone tried Oracle VM VirtualBox?
i just looking to find some VM and i think that oracle cant be bad..

I prefer VMWare, but Oracle's VM VirtualBox is a very good free alternative

How are do oracle and vmware compare memorywise?
Cant think of any downsides with vmware other than it being paid, but perhaps oracle is lighter.
