vm poe loads slow

is anyone experiance huge loading time on vm when you open poe ?
vmware 12 / w7ultimate

dind haved this problem before 2.4.0

Make sure you don't have the noasync or any of those commandline options set. PoE loads pretty fast for me in a VM w/ Win 10 still.

I have 3 days since i make and remake vm's and reinstall windows .. so the problem is poe is loadind very very slow , is true on windows 10 is loading faster i test it but, after loading like 3 vms , the cpu is stayng at 80-100% without opening the eb the fps in game is spiking hard on windows 7 and 10 , i dont have this problem if the poe is not on vm , i tryed to start poe without any commands , and i test all the comand but no result , dind have this problem before 2.4.0, i have 2 friends that are having the same problem . any help please i'm kinda desperate right now.. what can i try to do more.
my pc is i5 2500k, 24G ram, 250 ssd, msi 780. x2
with this i can run 5vms before 2.4.0 very stable / same problem for my friends.
Edit: is loading instant if i run poe from share folder but the same fps and spiking problem no mather how manny vm i open.

I have the feeling as well, that it loads slower in general since 2.4.

Though it's not really slow. Tops 2-3 sec to load. But it used to be kinda instant.

1 cpu /1 core on vmware seems to not work on 2.4.0 for me . i think is somting to do with the fps optimization they have implement , 1cpu /2core loads poe normal like in 2.3 but i need to test if i can hold 5 vms again
