VM + Buddywing

Hi, I cant make buddywing work on VMWare, I have tried on W7, W8.1 (with +.net+VC redist 2012) and W10 and I get the same Windows error:

I've googled and tried the suggested solutions for error CLR20r3 with no luck. (looks like some trouble with .net)

I also tried .net 4.6, no luck.

Could some tell me his set-up for make it work on a virtual machine?
