Visual Studio 2015 Update 1 x86 VC++ 14.0

So I have uninstalled all my Visual studio packages. Uninstalled and deleted the folder for Honorbuddy. Did a clean install from the updated thread for honorbuddy and even the link for the recommended .net on the thread as well. Restarted and still getting this issue. Started up the honorbuddy installer again and did the repair to have it fix anything wrong with the .net or redownload and restarted and still getting this error. I am running windows 10 and was using honorbuddy earlier in the day for a good 4-5 hours left for 1 hr and started getting this. Also tried the buddy dependency wizard but the page is coming up with a error for me "Make sure you’ve got the right web address: http://updates.buddyauth.com"

comme il le précise , j'ai télécharger Visual studio 2015 et installer à ce lien https://info.microsoft.com/FR-VSO-CNTNT-FY16-10Oct-15-VisualStudioCommunity-Register.html , je sais pas si j ai bien fais mais honorbuddy fonctionne de nouveau .

if so set exception for Hb folder
