Visual Studio 2010 ultimate doesnt show net framework 4.0

Anyone have any idea why Visual Studio 2010 doesn't show net framework 4.0? It shows all the earlier versions but 4.0.

if your trying to write a CC or plugin, the .net framework isnt as important, besides im pretty sure we are running 3.5 anyway.
