I've reinstalled Honorbuddy, I've reinstalled the package, I've restarted after installations. Nothing works. Also I'm running a 64 bit Windows 7.
Here is the error.

make sure you are installing x86 version even if you are on 64bit OS

also you need SP1 installed

I've been installing the x86 version. And by SP1, do you mean for the OS? In which case, I also have that.

any antivirus enabled?

if so set exception for Hb folder

Set an exception, still gives me the same error. Tried with the AV turned off as well.

uninstall your AV and make a new Hb installation via the installer

test it and let me know if it works

having the same issues reinstalled all the required items and i still get please instal C++ blah blah after its already installed

Oh, I think that I might've added the exception to the wrong place, sorry.
What Techguy1220 said in another post worked for me.
"This is what I did to get it working, I went to my avast General > Exclusions > Add honorbuddy folder here. Make sure you save it, then I used the honorbuddy installer and used the repair and restarted and it fixed it n got it working."

Adding the exception to the anti-virus is what worked for me. Currently HB is back up and running smoothly for me.
