virtualbox on Mac

Afternoon all i know i need to use a virtual machine to be able to run HB on a mac but can anyone give me any ideas how to set it so i can run wow on the mac and use hb on virtual windows or do i need just to set it up all in windows plz i been trying and looking around the net but carnt find any thing , any help will be greatfull thank you all for reading and responses in any

I have used VMware and there are many guide how to instal it
it's freaking easy!

but 8G RAM is recommand
