Very slow reaction between spells

Helo community,
I want to use Honorbuddy without a framelock because my fps drops very low (the pc is not the problem). When i disable the framelock option every cc (Singular, TuanHA what eva) needs a lot time to do any spells. Anyone know why is this happening? Before WoD i hadnt this problem....

Yes, it does—this is why framelock was introduced in the first place. We never recommend operating Honorbuddy without framelock.

If you need further assistance, please attach a log showing the FPS problem.

If no joy trying to isolate the problem from the article, please repeat the problem with Singular and Lazyraider, then show us a fresh log.

Our guess is Enyo is the culprit, and you are not alone.
