Even if a bot is confirmed, we sometimes do not throw them out of the game inmediatley.
This is working as intended because we have an automatic security software that catches such programs and bans them in waves.
When a new program appears though the system needs some time to adjust and then catch all user of the program at once, and not only those who were reported.
It's always better to let a few accounts farm for a little longer and ban thousend accounts afterwards at once instead of banning 2 and let the other 1000 continue farming.
You will see, that if they are botting, they will dissappear eventually.
