Very frustrated...

I don't honestly get it where all this rant comes from. Grinding, questing, gathering and bgs works well for me. You must be doing something wrong.

WRONG. Grinding: Fails to download Meshes. (No data for XXXX.etm error). Questing: Are you serious?. Gathering: It stops randomly, sometimes in air, sometimes on the ground, and you have to restart the bot. Archeology: It stops randomly. I found it this morning just doing nothing. PB: Not working at all, in fact it disappeared from the bot base. BG: Singular is so messed up, some classes don't even attack. That's true, BGs work... i mean, the bot just runs around and get the XP, but most of the time fails to attack, and so it tells it is obviously a bot... I guess you guys should redefine the meaning of the sentence: "IT WORKS". For me, it means that something is working FLAWLESSLY. And none of the bot bases is working flawlessly. Not a single one.

Just to number 5:

Attaching a log is a forum rule, I hope, they will start banning people who ignore it multiple times, even on purpose sometimes.

Because... I don't work for Bossland :) Either way, I'm an Oracle Developer, as I stated before. And I said that just to make sure no-one makes a new excuse. In Oracle, we commercialize some of the most complex software in the world, entire companies manage their business using our databases, our business applications, our report tools... We have lots of teams working on different projects, so I know what I'm talking about. A team of people working together HAS TO BE ABLE TO FIX ANYTHING in a two-month period of time. But don't get me wrong, i'm not saying they're not capable... I'm saying that they're not enough and they don't put the needed amount of hours. I think some of them have other jobs besides this one... So, the business model is wrong. They should have 3 or 54 FULL TIME developers dedicated to the project. And here's the problem. Since this business model doesn't work with subscription or paid updates, they only get fresh money from new customers... thus, they can't afford to pay FULL TIME dedicated developers. That's why I suggested to change the current model for a subscription one. If that's what it takes to make the bot work, SO BE IT. But we can't continue like this...

THIS!

I would definitely pay up to 20€ a month (yes that's no joke) if the dev team would get bigger and things would get fixed faster.

Me + a few thousand fellow botters = several new devs.

I understand some of you are angry at our service lately, and honestly, so are we. We have a fairly lengthy to-do list of things to fix for HB, however, when our auth servers go down, it means all of our bots will have problems. I've spent the last 3 days or so fixing the problems, and as of this morning, the new auth server software is up and running, and handling almost 5x as much traffic as it did before, even faster than it was handling things before. I'll be pushing this new software to our other servers in a few hours once I go through our logs and ensure nothing is broken.

HB is our top priority right now, and we're actively fixing any bugs we run into, or are reported. Give us a little time to get things settled down from the mass hysteria, and you'll see the fixes coming.

Everything has been answered here and nothing will be fixed this way. Each issue you have post a log and a detail of what its doing wrong and it will be looked at. Just saying you want it fixed but not providing anything useful is no way to get it fixed. Also I see professionbuddy working just fine in mine from highvoltz' page.

dude, i don't mean to offend, but this is exactly what i was talking about earlier. You guys twist things to make it look like it is our fault for not providing the logs... but i DID provide the log. Everyone has provided LOTS of logs. Did it change anything? Do we have a final version, after two months of work? Or we're still dealing with test versions? Seriously...

I think we're still doing fine, It doesn't seen that HB does not work at all, I spend time reading this forum and It seen you guy just have communicate issue. People just lost control of their temper because they spend money on HB and can not BOT what they?re use to be in the past. If you're not satisfied with the BOT progress instead waiting patient like everyone else then move on, don?t show your ugly side and ruined for everyone else. Let just start with taking a deep breath and focus on what they need it to improve the progress instead make them piss way more.

Add my name to the list of people who have been using the bot 24 hours a day since 5.0.4. I have quested 55-85. I have logged about 500 gathering hours between my bots. I have run BGBuddy overnight without issues. Professionbuddy just leveled my bots herb/mining 1-525 last night.

Failure to be able to operate the bot is a failure to read the forum for the wealth of information. The amount of repeat posts due to people who fail to use the search function is unbelievable.

well , if you didn't notice they are at war with blizzard in court. always a possibility they will lose and have to shut the bot down at any time. so think about it, pay a one time fee and feel all jolly about a one-time payment. or pay a monthly ( in time which will add up more than that one time fee) and have the bot shut down on ya. that's the way i see it. Also they are making games for phones now.

Sounds like a client side issue.

If it's working for other people, that means it's working. If it wasn't working for anyone, then it would be completely broken.

In other words, there's something happening on your end, and it's nearly impossible for the devs to be able to fix your case specifically since they aren't using your computer.

I had mesh issues the other day, so I deleted the mesh folder and it downloaded the meshes again. Now it works like a charm. Maybe you have trouble downloading them because of a messed up firewall or other network issue. Obviously they can't account for all the variables for thousands of customers.
