Version .450 does not work and give me error "process must frozen or out of sync"

Hello, the new version of DB does not work for me, when i click on start i receive the message "process must frozer or out of sync: Injection Finished Event was never fired" and when i click on config from adventurer plugin my bot crash.
In the log i have some red trinity error message
No problem with older version of DB and the other plugin
