version .298 and item rules

Installed the latest version just now and noticed something. Under Settings->Bot->Item rule set it had by default selected WeightBasedRules.xml . I did not see this with previous versions, i may have not noticed it. So i deleted this from item rule set and left it blank. Is it ok to leave blank (considering that i only want to use trinity scoring) ?

Every time i look for some guidance, i post, then just few minutes later Tony responds and brings me to light. Regardless of the time i post (my local time), i post at night, 1-2-3am, Tony pops up, i post in the morning towards noon, Tony pops up . gg
