Vendor / Mailing Problem

At vendor because repair needed

Hi, the bot cycles through this constantly even though the items are at full durability. I manually click the X to close the vendor window, then the bot proceeds to the mailbox (but it misses two items to mail). Then it goes back to the repair vendor and stays there cycling the above log message.

Any reason why this is?

In the actual 'Debug Log' is keeps repeating:

Repairing items for 0c
Repairing items for 0c
Repairing items for 0c
Repairing items for 0c
Repairing items for 0c
Repairing items for 0c
...

What does this mean?
