Vendor Interact bug

• Questing with [Fly][A - Quest] LK 68-80 [Kick].xml
• It was trying to complete the quest Softening the Blow
• It was trying to buy Howlin' Good Moonshine from the vendor

The bot was stuck at this point because of a post-5.1 InteractWith vendor bug:
